Cog, chain, and chainring. Get all three together then upgrade your drive train. Chain slack is key or else you’ll stress everything for being tight causing it to wore fast.

Depending on your style or your approach to riding fixed gear first be sure that your components and bike fit is dailed in. Then when you get that down you’ll be clear about what Geometry to look into. Branding wise I’m so unsure because I’ve been through a lot of frame sets and they’ve all been great but just be careful if you are getting another used because research is important.
Here’s a list of frames I’ve Used before:
Crew Bike Co. District size 55
Engine 11 Crit-D size 56
Engine 11 Sprinter size 55
State Bicycle Co. Black Label Size 55?
Volume Thrasher size 53
