I've been looking for my first used road bike that won't break the bank. I saw some people recommend the Specialized Allez, and this recently popped up on FB marketplace. Is this a good deal?

Too high in my opinion. Something closer to 180-200 maybe
Pre-2009 model, potentially quite a few years older than that even. Can still be fun bikes to get started on and tinker with, but hard to see it being worth more than 200.
In HCOL PNW aluminum triples from this era list around $275-350 occasionally a bit higher if they are really clean.
