My newest addition to my xbike collection. I was gonna keep the original XT groupset but had to replace the fork and I had this one laying around. So far I’ve upgraded the fork, stem, handlebar, tires, front wheel and front brake. Next step is the drivetrain. Probably 1×11 maybe 2×10. I’m thinking about using one of those ugly steerer tube extenders to move the handlebar higher. I noticed the seatpost was bent. Not sure if that was from the original owner since I’m pretty lightweight. It’s work in progress but so far I’ve been enjoying riding it!
