All prices are in CAD. I adore hiking, I love road cycling and am good on a bike. I’m 178cm, weigh about 155lbs; my local trails mostly downhill/technical oriented but I think I’d try the occasional XC trails when I have the chance, so I think enduro bikes are the way to go.

Look at the size guide but the snabb looks like it has the best set up. Only concern is that if in under 10 rides the break pads and the hub had to be replaced that bike was probably ridden pretty hard
