Last year I replaced the drivetrain (Deore long cage, 10-51t cassette, new DH, and cable). B-tension was maxed from the start but has been shifting fine. Recently started rubbing but nowhere to go. I’ve read that the screw can be reversed (?) but not clear how that works. Is chain too short? What are my options here?

Looks like your chain is too short. Add 2 links and recheck
Update. Just figured out the ‘reverse the screw’ trick and seems to be a good workaround, although not really an ideal solution per se.
