So, what are you eating right now? So, we got [ __ ] rice and eggs and heaps of seasoning cuz that’s what Top G. We’re out here on the pump track getting some pumps in before we hit the gym. Under this, I got eggs and onions and capsicans. And you know, like I had nothing in the fridge or pantry today, so I had to optimize with what I got. And we made a 10 out of 10 protein meal. [ __ ] big big caramel numbers today. Just lovely. We got the We got the Mitsubishi behind us, bro. Yeah. I don’t like it. Oh [ __ ] Straight on traffic. Yeah, that’s how we do it here. No, actually, yeah, 80 809 90. But yeah, then we went to the bike park in Sidard and yeah, we we lit it up. Um well, I lit it up. Uh first few laps broke away, got caught again and then uh stuff got boring. So I went again and brought a few people with me and yeah, finished in a break. Probably left the sprint too early. Uh no, too late. Sorry. And yeah, I got I was coming at him, but yeah, just missed him on the line, so we had to settle for second. But not to worry, the form’s there. Close but no cigar. Yeah. Yeah, true. Okay. So, let’s let’s run through the meal today to recover from such an effort. 9:30 at night. Just having like a small meal before bed. I’ve ate half of it. So, we got the spinach, tuna, nuts, and eggs. Getting all my protein in. I just had like a nearly full bottle of milk. Had to empty that [ __ ] out. And I thought about Vegemite, but I think I’ll save that one for tomorrow morning cuz I can’t live without this [ __ ] But yeah, and also the glass of milk, but unfortunately, yeah, we have um no Milo. So yeah, I’m kind of struggling. So if anyone from Australia wants to send me some Milo, that would be great cuz Yeah, it’s hard without it. Are are we weighing foodgate or? Hell no. Whole eats as much as he can. So yeah, I don’t do that [ __ ] but we ate pretty good. So yeah, I don’t I don’t look at my stuff. I’m not like fat as Ben Warren. So Okay, buddy. Funny guy. So, what’s the plan tomorrow? Plan tomorrow, coffee shop ride, like no doubt. Um, just recovery cuz yeah, it’s hard day. I got a big race coming up. Sad day. So, we’re getting um like my boy Oliver Sim says like, “You got to carve up, man. That’s the only way.” And this weekend, we’re going to need it. So, we’re going to start carving up two days prior. So, we got the um carrot cake. Very good. I’ll taste test it actually. And we got a cinnamon bun cuz Yeah, I’m just a fan. Yeah, we’ll see how it goes. It’s [ __ ] The best cinnamon scrolls, buns, whatever they are, are at Alan Piper shop in um Belgium. So, yeah, you got to go there.
