  1. Records are worthless cuz they keep letting them cheat with high tech bikes. Cycling sucks now on the road as well with the hideous, worthless, constantly changing new bikes. Sport has no integrity anymore. Bikes were basically unchanged for decades after their period of sufficient development. Should’ve kept just plain steel frames. No aero.

  2. Congratulations British Cycling!!! He was clearly worth the truckload of money you offered him. Don't worry about having a person of dubious character in your ranks. A total mercenary.

  3. changing your nationality should be punishable by death lol i'll never understand how you can do that to the coaches and riders who you grew up with, i'm not even british or australian

  4. I had to go search for the time as nothing in the video or description said the actual time (other than indicating it was a sub 9)…

    Anyway, it was 8.941.

  5. Great achievement but as someone unfamiliar with that particular event it's hard to see when the 200m even starts!

Presumably it ended when he crossed the line at 1:24 cos that's when they start cheering 🙂 so I'm guessing it started at that white line around 1:15 ?

Some on-screen captions/ timings would have helped a lot with this!
