Looks like you pulled it back really far, any slippage could pull that back where out; and that will be a bad time

It’s on the fence for sure! If your chain is super tight then it will most likely keep it seated, but take a link out of the chain ASAP. Then you’ll be able to run it tight without the wheel being almost out of the dropouts!
