Wanted to try out a frame bag so I DIYed one using some scrap fabric, hot glue, and cord. It's not pretty but it's been so nice to have storage that's not on my back. Will hopefully make a better version once I have access to a sewing machine 🙂

It’s not the worst I have ever seen. looks better than some of the e-bike conversions I have seen where there is a 20Lbs battery held into the frame with an old tie down strap, duct tape, the torn corner of a blue tarp, and hopeful thoughts.

Honestly get just a needle and some thread and whip stitch the holes you cut so they don’t fray and voila
