    Older but maybe a fun bike for the money. Assuming there’s no obvious cracks or defects on the frame. Maybe a bit of a different geometry to modern bikes as well, so make sure you can get comfortable on it.

  2. Early carbon fiber frame, I think it is early to mid 2000s. Full size race crankset. Cassette looks small, guessing 8 or 9 speed. If your area is dead flat it could be okay. Climbing will suck. Its price seems appropriate for what it is. If you have a higher budget you probably can find something newer. Conversely if your budget is around 300 then this is a good choice for a road bike. If you are looking for something to ride around town or commute on then find a different bike.
