Funny this exact bike minus the cranks is for sale on Facebook in my town for 75$ so like add another 25-50 for a rideable bike maybe even 100 considering cranks can be expensive.
Edit: the one in my town also doesn’t have the og cinema double walls like yours so definitely could do like 150-200 total post a little higher and let them haggle
