Looks like some kind of cracks yeah. But it looks like those welds have been machined flat which is ussually not desired. They might have always been there from the start.

Search out some other Ti frames and relax, or search for Ti frame crack postings on line and see real cracks.

I see more and more titanium frames failing, I wanted to get one so bad but Ill just stick to steel.
Those welds look like they are failing.

haz fracturen, i would biy a new one.ti tend to break suddenly.
