  2. Not sure how many people will come looking for a 2008 Gary Fisher Wahoo, but if you’re feeling generous, it’s never a bad idea to put the geometry data into [bikeinsights.com](http://bikeinsights.com) so other curious cyclists can “do their own research”.

  3. XC geo (especially 90’s NORBA era) were basically road bikes for smaller wheels with more standover.

  4. Wahoo geometry, and most 00s era XC bikes were more 80s-90s legacy than true 00s

    Wonder how a more freeride oriented frame would compare. 

    Something from Santa Cruz, or Kona maybe? Head tube angles were steep and chain stays were short/tucked… but they were maneuverable and fun.
