yeah we’re just here in potier France and I’ve never seen personally I’ve never seen a station as big as this I’ll get some shots from the other side what your first impressions of poer France really nice uh quiet as well um but it’s very traditional um yeah that’s about it o la to feet one your baby nice to meet Let’s Get Rich together make more than a million night save more than a billion Soul Okay so we’ve just walked all the way up here right down to the bottom we heard a massive like bang that was kind of scary cuz B just went bang and it was like the floor almost came apart so that was a bit scary you want so I think this is the car park isn’t it yeah look at that this bridge the architecture on this it’s a big I just like big buildings man like just things like this infrastructures yeah North okay just found this Monument little giveaway on the dates 1943 M Roger so this must be some sort of World War II Memorial cuz it’s a long time since I’ve done history but I think World War II ended I think it was in 1948 correct me in the comments if I’m wrong it might have been in the 50s yeah because we got some here from the 1950s as well yeah born probably born 1913 died 1931 so yeah right found an anime statue we don’t know what this means I’m just wondering that could be like a think cuz it’s like the spirit it’s a spirit Le spirit and G is like Jesus Le SP Jesus if you’re coming to this place this really big SC it’s really nice one mhm than guys we just we’re in France that way so you got to have a quest on got an Al Quest on and amazing coffee okay um my friend here works at the Museum um so what is this uh building here what was this back in history well this is the Palace of pitier the Palace of the Lords of pitier uh which was the residency of The Dukes of aiten we are in aiten and counts of puu uh this is the Great Hall the great room the ceremony room built by Elon vaken during the 12th century Elon vaken was a queen of France then Queen of England because uh she broke up with the King of France uh mother of uh Richard The Lion Heart and uh this is basically her room 12th century built this is later built she Elona didn’t knew this part this was built by uh another character during the 14th century named John of France John the France the Duke of ber uh he was the brother of the king he was given the territory of puu so he lived here and he modernized for he rebuilt some part of the castle such as this South War very thank you welcome okay so there is some interesting stuff in here I W read the whole thing but yeah there’s obviously French and English History there’s some similarities between like 1300 and 1400 um you had the 100 Years War in the 14th century so that was King Charles iith established part of the government there making party one of the two capitals of what would go on to become the kingdom of the bouri so until 1936 the palace was the seat of several principal organs of the royal Administration including Parliament 13 36 sorry 1436 the story of the palace remained linked to the administration and judicial functions it became the palace the Justice or laws of the courts During the Revolution so yeah it’s quite interesting the nuns have to go right so this is the town hall okay guys it was quite funny we we came into here thinking this is like we can see the town hall we thought like I was literally about to just bolt up these stairs into this like main bit uh then my intuition said maybe it just didn’t feel right I thought is this if you got a pay if you what is it so I walk through and SP to this woman she’s like no this is like the mayor’s office you need like an appointment to see the mayor okay we actually don’t know what this building is but I’m just filming it because it’s an impressive building like I don’t know if the camera really picks up but it’s so high this building here it’s like the so I’m just trying to work out what it is I saw some sign on the other side saying Henry IV so but I just don’t know what this building is and it doesn’t really look like we’re supposed to be in if I’m honest because that’s just slightly open some cars part there’s no there’s no way of getting through that door or anything so yeah there’s no people around so yeah today’s been good man [Music] [Music] he confession boxes look at that massive parture as well man it’s like Jesus has a six-pack in this video he’s looking strong and he’s like above everyone and yeah that’s interesting we got these people in gowns doesn’t that’s amazing think how long it would have taken them to build all this stuff look how high that goes man and this was hundreds of years ago like it would have taken them so long to build these buildings man all these people love getting the pictures with the statues this is St John St chck iPhone’s really cool man the the what is it the glow the glow comes on like the torch comes on he filming it some Andre what’s with the long face on Andre Noe St Jude St Jude St Paul my favorite he spread the gospel okay all over the world the world s Peter it yeah do you know Peter the denight Jesus yeah this is the best best thing I’ve seen so far man all oh yeah 100% this is fascinating like such a big building man I like even though look even though I’m not Catholic right um we’re born and Christians I do at least appreciate that they have like that Catholics do kind of understand like quite a lot of what we understand like they know that these you know Saints like Peter Paul all these people in the Bible they spread the gospel you know Peter especially Paul the Apostle Paul um he wrote most of the New Testament and the Bible so it’s good that they acknowledge what these Saints did my only thing is with the Catholic things um like sometimes it depends on the person but a lot of Catholics they idolize Mary and they have this whole thing with the mother of God thing and it’s not really biblical um what they’re trying to say and then this thing with the Pope and stuff and they take the verse that talks about on this rock I will build my church when Jesus was talking to Peter and then somehow they got translated into like Pop’s being God’s ordained for you know voice for the world to listen to but you know really you read the Bible you can have your own personal relationship with Jesus you don’t you shouldn’t be going to like popes and these other entities like we can go straight to the sauce Jesus Christ he was perfect so I don’t know what that means maybe it means do stand on here so these are the stained glass windows that I found above and here is some information is there anything that sticks out to you um so at the very foot I represented the apostles Peter and call Columns of the church so you know we found them there yeah so they’re the pain of the cathedral it needed the res Resurrection for the apostles to understand the meaning of the crucifixion and to set forth into the world to announce the good news and that’s what we have to continue to do and what is the good news Jesus Christ and what about Jesus Christ um he’s our savior he’s our Lord and savior he is the way the truth and the life John 3:16 no one comes to the father except through me that’s what he said with his own words only one way to heaven through Jesus Christ as Jesus asked to do the of his Ascension announcement which would lead of them to m m yeah Peter would be crucified Head Down the Cross Too is r as a sign of humanity and he the of his master yeah he didn’t want to it it was talk humility because he didn’t want to be kind of painted in the same brush as as Jesus Christ so yeah I don’t you one thing like I’m not saying I doubt it or anything but one thing I always want to know is like how did they know that stuff about Jesus being sorry P Peter being crucified upside down is it just historical accounts because it’s not in the Bible because it’s after the Bible in a way is it it’s after like um the DAT if you look at the Chron logical order when it written they must supposed be historical accounts they they know glass windows and if you what are these things are these it’s just for church is it this is Theo stand okay so you know in you I’ve seen it in church of England in a roal wedding all of the all the royal family would stand in the stands yeah and of course this is where the choir stand do you know what the building lot almost looks that wedding the RO wedding it almost looks a bit like this to be honest like there was the things on the side and then there was the massive thing everybody would would have been sat down there and then the pastor would have preached here this is where just myet this is where well could we turn it like black Pentecostal like America please please please let’s be reverent so the cathedral did not function as a Parish Church before the Revolution yeah so cool inform all right praise God guys um I’m going to call that the end of the Vlog now um yeah not sure if we’ll do any more Vlogs the trip because obviously we want to just focus on just having a good time together like we said we don’t put every Nathan Dennis if you’re watching we
