Good morning. And I believe it’s day 20. I’ve kind of lost count now. Um 180k today. 2,200 m of climbing. Morning. Heading towards Cardigan. I’m sorry that’s definitely a butcher pronunciation. Um hopefully feeling a bit better. I never really know until I’m about halfway into the ride how I’m feeling to be honest. Um, but the head’s okay. So, let’s hope the legs are okay. Uh, it’s quite back loaded in terms of elevation today. So, we’ll see how that how that goes. So, day 20 heading towards Cardigan. I’m very sorry, my Welsh friends that I have almost certainly pronounced this wrong. I had my mates Dion and Dave with me for the start of the day. Basically, two local guys. is Dion’s a really good friend of mine that I met a couple of years ago and they’ve looked after me very well for the first half of the day uh as I we sort of left where I was staying guided me on some very nice a-roads which is kind of weird to say and then we got to cross this beautiful bridge this bridge is at barm mouth which basically goes across a huge estie I would say and there’s a a metal bridge and then this amazing wooden bridge this is a famous toilet where I had a photo shoot done. And this is a dog called Spot who is lovely. We visited this cafe that Dion knows and got a pistachio cookie and then another very lovely bridge as you can see passing over here. And then the guys left me and my garment had a meltdown. Uh this is a cheeky Morrison stop at Aberisworth. Thank you to the chap that came and bought me some water. It was very kind of you and very appreciated. The last big climb about 4 km again on quiet roads. I still didn’t find my quads and yeah, just snaking along the coast. It was actually a really enjoyable day. Not too busy. Now I arrived at my destination, tried to get some fuel, then found some real fuel, which was delicious. And here’s an otter. [Music]
