Hello, I cant find any info about this wheel. Googling Sunrims SW6000 pulls up a wheelchair wheel but this came off an old Univega. Any help would be great, Ive ordered a 700×23 road bike tire thats too small. Thanks in advance.

If 700C is too small, they might be the old 27 inch.
Measure the circumference where the tire bead sits. If it’s 77.9 inches then that’s the one.
