First Road Bike?

I’m considering buying a Bianchi R0014 Tiagra with a 50 cm frame.
My height is 174 cm and my inseam is 78 cm.
Do you think this bike size would be a good fit for me?
Also, what are your thoughts on this model in general? Would you recommend going ahead with the purchase?
