So, a few weeks ago, me and all of my boys loaded our supermos in our vans and drove 24 hours out to Norway for Norway’s biggest supermos stump. At the start of the summer, hundreds of riders gather in the mountains of Norway for Valam, one of the biggest super stunt meets in Scandinavia. The event is hosted at an airfield surrounded by mountains. This year we decided this is the year we make our way out there and see this place for ourselves. So we loaded our bikes up in our vans and at 4:00 a.m. we got up and made our way down to Folkston to get a Euro tunnel over to France and start our insane 24-hour drive all the way out to Norway. What? The vehicle you’ve arrived in is different to the vehicle you booked. We’ve got to go into the into the thing and go and see a human being. So I just got [ __ ] finessed, bro. They’re telling me that this Caddy Caddy Maxi I had to pay 12 quid. They weren’t happy with my length. They made me pay. Oh, you won’t be happy with this bomb I’ve got in the back of the [ __ ] boat. What am I witnessing right now? You can’t get in, bro. Get away from us. He’s trying to get [ __ ] bro. Don’t spark your [ __ ] van up. I just looked and there’s [ __ ] sparks going everywhere. All right, let’s get ourselves on this [ __ ] train, boys. We’re inside the train right now. We’re inside the train, Jesse. I wish I was inside you instead, bro. It’s fine. Do not train. Why do you say that? Okay, we’re in France, bro. And it’s not looking good, bro. Cala is like a prison, man. Depressing. Prison walls either side. That is some proper solid parking for me there. That’s good, isn’t it? Look at this master. Job done. Let’s get [ __ ] move on. As soon as we landed in Cali, we were running out of time. We could not stop driving. We had to continue driving the entire way. If we missed that boat, we could not get on another one until the next day. [ __ ] me, bro. I think it’s safe to say the [ __ ] 2 hours of sleep has hit us now. 2 hours away from our ferry in Denmark and neither of us have said a word for like 40 minutes now. We’re going to make it though. After nearly 14 hours of driving completely flat out, we made it to the boat and we got on and we could at least relax for a few hours. Now we’re on the boat, bro. You’re going to lower my country’s GDP. Get away from being approached by the guy on your left looks like Fed. as a kid. Oh, I used to go watch how far they went now. What are you saying, my friends? Give me that, bro. That tastes like piss. That’s just what beers taste like. Tastes like we got [ __ ] left out here this whole time. As soon as we landed in Norway, it was about midnight. Sky is still blue, bro. It’s midnight. We were all absolutely exhausted, but we only had a couple of hours up to Valet from there. So, we just soldered on through the night. And after 24 hours straight of traveling, we finally arrived at Valeran. Got to be quiet as [ __ ] Everyone is Everyone is asleep right now. It’s 3:00 a.m. I’m going to say what? Yeah, it’s in box spring. Look at this guy and tell me you don’t need spring. Jesus, look at this. Where is this plugs? I think it might be. I might go buy a [ __ ] normal size fridge or Facebook somewhere. He put his bike inside winning. Look around, man. Look at this massive ass mountain behind us. We’re going to uh go to bed, get try and get as much sleep as we can, and then we’re going to catch up in the morning. Do you guys want to see the beautiful view I’m waking up to today? O, what’s going on? So, they’ve rented out this entire airfield for us to ride at for 4 days. There’s a camping area. Everyone’s posted up with vans, tents, caravans, all sorts. We’ll go out into the airfield quick. I’ll show you guys up and down. But look at this. This is probably one of the better spots I’ve ever been to. Look at the scenery. Such a beautiful spot, man. It’s It’s so beautiful here. Got this little spot here at the back to do all the slow speed stuff, but we’ll head back up. It’s a whole oneway system on the uh on the runway, so it’s super safe. Like, you get some events where it’s two-way, people head on each other. But this is super sweet. Honestly, this has got to be one of the most perfectly smooth, beautiful spots I’ve ever been to in my life. It’s still pretty early. I think it’s about 10:00 a.m. in the morning. I want to go in the special arena and do some circles, bro. Is everyone waiting? Are we just chilling? Okay. Yes, sir. Get out nice and wide. [ __ ] hell, bro. He’s going so wide. Go on, kangaroo. I got again. [ __ ] it. Okay, I’m going to try one more time. It’s so sticky now. It’s so [ __ ] hard. I’m going to change my tire and [ __ ] do some real drift. Yeah. Heat. Heat. Heat. Ah. Oh, I need to go back and get some fuel now and some water. I’m very dehydrated. Let’s do some focus up a little bit. Oh [ __ ] That’s not what you’re supposed to do, bro. I’m so tired, bro. I need to breathe. It feels so [ __ ] good when you get it nice and wide. It’s I’m going to run out of fuel, man. I came out to do a [ __ ] tour and I’ve been riding for like an hour. We had a competition coming up for the longest coaster wheelie. Who can keep a wheelie going for the longest after pulling the clutch in, and I had just spent the last 2 hours destroying my rear tire. So, my bike was not in the best way to be doing that competition. And I didn’t have enough time to change my tire. So, I did the only logical thing, which was just steal Lena’s bike. So, I stole her bike and headed out to the airfield for a bit of practice. Taking the pink one. [ __ ] it. I’ll have to change the tire on the Husky. I’m going to take this piece of [ __ ] I’m doing it. What the [ __ ] is going on in here? Absolute carnage. Uhoh. Oh. Uh-huh. Heat. Heat. Oh, that was [ __ ] So, hopefully it doesn’t go like that when I actually have to do it. I’m going to head back now. I don’t know what the time is, but I’m getting tired as [ __ ] Let’s see. Man, I was third until the very last guy went out and smoked everybody all the way to the end of the runway almost. It was insane. So, that was that was a lot of fun, though. Oh my god.
