Ukrainian soldiers carried out a unique rescue operation. An ebike was air dropped to the front line to evacuate a wounded brother in arms. The soldier had been left alone at his position, surrounded by the enemy who launched an assault using poison gas. He couldn’t reach friendly positions on his own. The distance was over a kilometer. The command developed a plan. A heavy strike drone was used to airdrop the ebike. Only on the third attempt was the drone was able to successfully deliver the vehicle. The soldier managed to travel 400 m before hitting a landmine. Fortunately, he survived and did not suffer serious injuries. He was later successfully evacuated.
