My commute to work today was slowed down by about 200 runners on the multi-path trail; much more interesting of a slowdown than regular traffic congestion

I have no idea what the event was but I was in the back and someone was filming while running backward. The two gentlemen front and center here were doing a vlog-style commentary. One of the questions asked of the guy was “has running improved your time in the bedroom?” 😳
