The B-link is on the wrong side of its stop. Remove the derailleur, rotate back (clockwise) and reinstall.
Try to find the direct mount derailleur hanger for your frame and remove the b-link.
Mech mounted incorrectly, unscrew and rotate backwards so the stopper plate is behind the hanger b-stop edge bit.
