custom bike: good parts mix? italian steel, ultegra + dura-ace. want to upgrade from my aggressive bike. 900€

i’ve got a merida reacto 400 right now that, after using it for years, is just too aggressive for me to enjoy longer rides on.

this is something i’ve come across in my second hand market. it’s got 11v which is the most important characteristic to me besides weight (5th floor no elevator). it also looks pretty sick and i’ve heard good things about steel, especially reputable steel like this deda zero frame.
