After one week of a use I've noticed this bump, other parts of the bar is wrapped perfectly imo and I will surely ruin it by re-wrapping the bar. What's your suggestion here?
I'm thinking of a little bit of a superglue, I know I can kinda ruin my bar, but I don't see much options

Re-Wrapping the bars is the only solution. Fortunately, it’s not that difficult. Look up Park tools video, and take your time.
Nope.
It stretches – pop a little gorilla glue into the hole and gentle press it back under the other piece….
depending on where you use the bars it may stay like that – you could just leave it.
You could cut it a bit, glue it together and press it so the seam is less visible, but that would not be much less work than rewrapping.
Stretch and poke.
If I was you and your adamant about not rewrapping it then I would try to tuck it
No
If you don’t re-wrap it will get worse
You mentioned having an inner perfectionist. If that’s true then you already know the answer is no. Only a rewrap will give the perfection you crave. Everything else is just a mistake you mitigated and learned to live with. Ask me how I know.
Sure, wrap white electrical tape, no one will ever know. But they will see it more then right now. Most people would probably ride like this till rewrap.
You won’t ruin it by re-wrapping unless you’re not careful. Anything you do otherwise will be a half measure, this is how you learn. I’ve wrapped bars over a thousand times and still make the odd mistake. Don’t despair.
