Totally new to biking here, apart from the citybikes over had.
Can anyone point me at how I could add height to the steering wheel? I'm a tall guy and got the saddle at the right height now (unlike on the picture) but I feel like I'm leaning way too much down with my upper body, it's uncomfortable.
I tried unscrewing the inbus in the middle of the stem but after reading up on it, it seems that just adjust the tightness of the ballbearings. And there's so many different steering systems?!
Reading up some more, it seems I can't just unscrew it and drag it up a little like on my city bike?
Do I need like a raiser bar or something?

That’s a Threadless headset and stem. Either get a stem with some rise, or a handlebar with more rise. You can get handlebars that are anywhere from flat to 120mm rise.
You can also get adjustable stems, but don’t cheap out on them if you value safety. The Ritchey Comp 4-Axis adjustable stem goes for about $50 and is built really well.
Last option is a steerer tube extender, which increases the length of the tube that comes off of the fork, but these seem sketchy to me, and I wouldn’t suggest these for anything but casual low speed cruising.
