Just hit 600km with my Canyon Grizl CF 7 ESC with its Full Mounty Cockpit and I’m loving it.
I started out using the Canyon Cockpit Bag (the "popcorn bucket"), but ditched it in favor of mounting more stuff: Garmin, phone, light, GoPro… basically, if it bolts on, it’s on there 🙂

It looked pretty off at first glance but if I had that only to mount my light centered, I’ll take it.
