Hi all, what’s going on here? My 80s Peugeot just has these black smooth caps over the threads for the bottle cage. No recesses/slots for a screwdriver or Allen key. I can’t seem to remove with pliers or anything. Any ideas? I’ve been looking this up with no luck. I have seen these Peugeots with bottle cages before so know it’s possible to attach one. I appreciate in advance any tips! Thanks a lot. Sorry the pictures are so rubbish my phones camera is broke

Are they just plastic hole filler things? Can you get something like a sharp blade under the edge and pick them out?
