    BIKING & WINE in CROATIA! Riding through the vineyards in the Lumbarda Region, Korcula!

    We rented bikes and spent the afternoon biking around the Lumbarda region in Korcula (near Korcula Town), wine tasting and discovering a local sandy beach, off the beaten path! Lumbarda is famous for its Grk wine, and there are many wineries in the area to visit!

    It was a wonderful afternoon full of adventure and exploration, and we highly recommend renting bikes and doing this little excursion, too!

      I was in Korcula in September 2019 and absolutely loved it. My friends and I rented electric bikes and had the greatest time. So many vinyards, old cemeteries and old buildings. Beatuiful beaches, great food. The old city is just absolutely breathtaking. I'm definitely going back with my family in 2023. I'll be visiting family in Zagreb (my cousin Dado owns Caffe Bar Drvarnica in Zagreb), will be staying with friends on Brac, and I can't wait to show my son the fortresses on Hvar and Dubrovnik. Will also stay at my Uncle/Aunt's house in Kukljica off the coast of Zadar.
