this has been My hyperfixation Soup for the past month I swear it is keeping me from getting sick knock on wood and it’s just so good so flavorful and full of anti-inflammatory benefits starting with a Mir paw like all good soups do plus some garlic and I’m grating fresh turmeric because I’ve been obsessed with it lately and happen to have some but turmeric powder will also work then just sweat down the Mir pow and add the garlic and turmeric along with cumin smoked paprika chili flakes and pepper plus bay leaves Rosemary and Thyme which you definitely don’t want to skip on they give the soup so much flavor then I add water Romano beans and veggie stock powder and let it simmer I like to Mush some of the beans with a back of a wooden spoon to make the soup a little bit creamy then I stir in lemon juice at the very end and adjust the salt to taste I serve this over some cooked wild rice and I will be eating this until I’m sick of it

  1. I just made a version of this and it was good! Didn't have the actual recipe so I just winged it based in the video. I used whole oats instead of wild rice (since I can get the former locally grown) and i loved the added chewiness!

  2. Onion, carrot, celery, garlic, turmeric, cumin, paprika, chilli flakes, pepper, bay leaves, rosemary, thyme, 2 pints water, veggie stock, beans, simmer. Mash some beans, stir in lemon juice and salt. serve over rice.
