what would happen if you bought a ticket to do an Iron Man with no training whatsoever pain well this is what happens first up a 2K swim and other than getting kicked in the face about three times it was all right oh dude I’m not describe it up next a 90 km bike ride and just to put in perspective this was the longest bike ride I had done before this and throughout my 3 hours and 20 minutes on the bike I had two problems my gears weren’t gearing and the bike see well dude it’s like just going in my but we made it we were at the final leg the 21 km run really this was my strong point but I wasn’t going too well mentally going insane just the same L over and over again D but after the traumatizing swim the butt destroying bike ride and the emotionless run and even with no actual Iron Man training we managed to get it done in 6 hours and 50 minutes the time isn’t the best but all that matters is that I’m alive that’s enough

3:20 for a 56mi bike road (on an ill fit bike, at that) and a sub-7 70.3 is madly respectable. Ive been training for 6 months and Im praying to the gods above I hit sub-7 for my first 70.3
