In what can only be described as an anti-bianchi hate crime, both mine and my wife’s bianchis had parts stolen while parked in what we felt would be a safe and discreet bike room. No other bikes were tampered with. She had her saddle taken and as you can see, my handlebars and stem were decapitated from my beloved pista. Luckily they are all fairly inexpensive parts and can easily be replaced but I still can’t but help feeling violated. Recommendations for 1” treadless stems are appreciated

Look up some older profile design 1″ stems or 3ttt Mutant

There’s also the shogun zero crmo stem but it is for mtb

Synchros is rare but they have made amazing stems (also for mtb but then have amazing designs)

    X-Tasy has some cheaper examples

Modolo pilot and the cinelli one are very similar to each other

    Look second hand!

  2. honestly just get a 1 1/8″ stem with a shim. That’s what I did. Sorry about the parts!

  3. It’s prob going to be easier to get rid of this and start over. I’d be happy to take one for the team and pay shipping to take it off your hands

You can always upgrade to a 1 1/8″ stem by using a spacer. You’ll have more stem options.

They really did a number on the brakes. They took everything, even the rotors and cables.

    Ppl are such shit.
I sometimes get weird looks when I look at ppls rides locked up but I’m not a thief I’m just checking out their rides.
