Check both. If they are both the same, you might have a wheel with dishing problems or less likely a bent frame.
If there is a difference (say the wheel is 126 and the frame is 130 or 135) then you need to either get a different wheel or respace and re dish the existing wheel (a lot of work)

Loosen the QR and made sure it’s fully seated in the lugs, before worrying whether it’s dished incorrectly or buckled. Dont ask me how I know to check that first… 🤣

Also, not sure from the picture, but make sure both springs in the QR taper towards the center of the hub not away from if.

Bent frame or incorrectly dished wheel. If you can try a different wheel or put that wheel in a different bike you can eliminate either possibility.
What is the OLD of your hub? And the dropout spacing of the frame?
