What are my options to fix this cable guide?
It looks like it’s riveted on rather than with threaded replaceable hardware.
This is a 2018 kink sxtn.

Get a new one
Drill that pop rivet out and replace the cable guide and put a proper bolt in there so it holds it properly.
Pop rivets have no place on a bike haha
It’s been bodged. The cable guide shouldn’t be riveted in. Gonna need a new thread which will inevitably be larger, which in turn is going to make it tricky for a small enough bolt and guide to fit it. I’d check into getting a new guide brazed or welded, check into frame repair and frame builders locally.
