That’s a gorgeous bike dude … I haven an older Scott’s and it’s damm good bike ( speedster )
Have you checked the sizing? That’s the most important thing to get right on a road bike. Sort of looks like it might be a bit small for the current rider with the saddle down that far.
450 is probably on the steeper end for a rim brake aluminium road bike, but you will pay a bit extra for higher end groupsets which this looks like it has.
