I picked up a nice ground breaker 1 for $50 the other day and a Metro SE off the grass in hard rubbish. Love the look of the Shoguns! Lots around in Melbourne!

With the color being nice (imo), that would be a yes from me. I weirdly enjoy seeing how much I can bring back a neglected frame, as long as the rust hasn’t metastasized and the frame suits your tastes I think it’s worth the effort
