I have 3 bikes:
2019 trek Fx 3 (black and red) with rim brakes and free lifetime tuneups
2022 trk fx 3 (black and blue) with disc brakes and free lifetime tuneups
2023 trek fx 3 (black) with disc brakes
I'm trying to decide on which one to keep as I plan to sell two of them. I mostly ride light gravel trails along the sf bay area Shoreline, which can sometimes get wet and muddy, if its windy and high tide, from the wave splash. When it's dry, it can be a bit dusty but nothing crazy. This has me leaning towards the bikes with disc brakes. I plan to sell the 2022 and 2023 for 500 each or the 2019 for 250. The 2019 and 2022 also has free lifetime tuneups worth $160 each, which includes wheel truing, brake adjustment, shifter adjustment, chain lubing. In terms of looks, I like all.of them, but 8 out of 9 people told me to keep the 2022 black one cause it looks best. What do you guys think? Ignore the accessories, like bike racks, seats posts, etc, as i plan to transfer them to whichever bike I decide to keep.

I really want to ask how you even ended up with 3 of the same bike?
The 2019 can definitely go. Between the 22 and the 23, I think the 23 blue fade to black is really nice, but what I think doesn’t matter. They are identical except for paint so keep the one that *you* think looks better.

Maybe keep the one you like best? That makes sense right?
Keep the Trek
Keep whichever one of the two newer treks that fits the best, and if they both fit the same, then pick the one whose colour you like best.
Tuneups are nice to have free though but I’d rather be comfortable and like the color more lol.
