Is that straight from the camera? Is there any post-process stabilisation?

Oh that’s a good idea.
Have been trying to think of a way to share clips of myself learning to bike off-road with friends and family, but overlooked this obvious idea.
Last time I held my phone between my handlebars, which was foolish. I was riding the bowl at the skatepark.

Use the wide angle lens and high frame rate for best results.

Image stabilization in-camera.
A raw handlebar mount yields unusable footage because of road shake. Yeah, I have tried all kinds.
If you don’t have expensive image stabilization built in, a helmet mount will get rid of a lot of the image shake. Bonus, it also looks where you look.

I’d straighten your phone and clean your lens.

Nice. I just ordered a phone mount that will let me record video while riding. Is there a specific app I should use with my android phone?

Vibrations can damage some phone’s focusing systems so be careful.
