It’s more of an aesthetic issue, the bottom bracket it probably one of the strongest and thickest part of your bike so it shouldn’t be an issue for performance. Just doesn’t look that nice
Your bike is a wizard now
Yeh, that’s barely though the paint on the thickest, most reinforced part of the frame. I wouldn’t think that’s anything to worry about
