So glad to have left that dumb ass city. I’m sure the “busy” Zurich police will find the time to track you down to send a QR bill through the post. God forbid a late payment will be duly reminded with a fee. Soon the speed limit will be so slow even the joggers will get flashed. I hope they go running with a towel to prevent any sweat touching the pavement otherwise more fines likely! No running before 7am otherwise the polizei will rush to the neighbours noise complaints of footsteps on the pavement. What a fkning control state. Worst than the fking Gestapo. My god, I’d rather pay a bit more tax and receive a bit less salary than put up with that idiotic country again.

fun fact, in my country bikes on the road have the road laws for cars applied while bikes on the sidewalk follow pedestrian laws

it is not germany – and even there – you can get a fine – not in every case – but it depends on the specific situation
