Which size would you recommend?

It appears you are looking for bike fitting help. Please make sure you post as screenshot of the Canyon size chart for your bike, with your point in it. See [this example](https://imgur.com/a/ALUfXyy)

I would choose the smaller one for Bikepacking since it should be more comfortable. If you can ride one size or both would be best before buying.
