Everytime I ride in rain the front pads keep getting contaminated. I changed the pads already and ofcourse sanded/cleaned/burned the pads/disc. It comes back every time after a while.
Maybe my pistols are shot but I can't find leakage anywhere. Could it come from my bleed plug? It seems a bit oily… It was on firm.
Else I think I have the change everything.
Reading issues with these calipers are common. Would you recommend another brand that's compatible with my brake levers?
Thanks.

are you riding with resin pads? they get contaminated/weaker from rain, your pistons seem dry, it might be that bleed hole leaking or from the hose(need new fittings)
You’ve checked that the bleed screw is fully closed?

I wouldn’t say it’s your bleed port as that is too the outside of the caliper. There does look to be residue in your caliper from oil seeping from the pistons. Probably small enough to just dry up most of the time, but when it’s raining it’s then getting washed down into the pads and disc. You can try new pistons and/or caliper seals, but you may just find yourself buying new calipers.
When the bleedport is fully closed there is still a bit of oil inside the bleedport. Depending on the caliper orientation it can make its way out when riding and somehow end up on the pads.
Use a twisted into a point shop towel (the blue paper stuff) to poke into it when closed and absorb the oil that’s in there. You’ll probably see that it takes 5 times of doing that before the shop towel comes out (nearly) dry.
Had the same shit on the rear of my mountainbike with 4 piston SLX calipers. Drove me insane till I found a bit of oil in the cap of the bleedport (had ensured it was snug before) and dug a bit deeper.
Check a few things:
1. Make sure the bleed port screw is tightened all the way or else fluid will come out of the bleed port.
2. Make sure your hub is tight. It could be leaking grease onto the rotor
3. After you ride in the rain, are you spraying any chemicals on your bike for rust prevention/water removal? Overspray from that could get onto the rotors (this seems least likely, especially since it’s your front pads getting contaminated).
Shimano shifters/brakes should only be used with Shimano calipers. I would just try to find a newer caliper. Other option is to go to your LBS and see if this is a warranty issue.
