Yes this is a Bike of a guy that goes by the name of Racer. The breaks are set this way so the bike only auto breaks if it hits the front guy, that would never happen since this bike is always up front by so long it needs a bike stand to chill and wait for the others on the finish line.

Ironically, if you sorted out the bars and changed those god awful wheels, it would probably be an ok beater bike for £50. Although it would still be bottom of the list.Â
Looks like they bought it with bars rotated properly, but levers in same spot.Â

Generally anything labeled as ‘racer’, on MP without a breakdown is more likely stolen.

It’s a tiny bike – the handlebar madness is a desperate person’s attempt to make their tiny new bike suitable for their size. You can tell by the red front tyre that they never rode it more than round the block – probably bought it online, realised the bike was too small, jacked the seat to the highest position and then did the frankenbars to get some extra height from it. If the size is suitable for you, it could be alright for £50 but those are probably not even 700c wheels.
