Hi guys I came to London to race T100 tomorrow but during plane transport, they damaged the bike (2025 Canyon speedmax CFR). I urgently need to fix this today.
1) the carbon flat handle bar has cracked and is now taped but should rather get replaced (Canyon CP0019 Triathlon Flatbar Short). 2) the rear derailleur has been hit and needs replacement (SRAM red AXS Rear Derailleur)
Do you have those pieces “lying around” I could get from you or do you know a bike shop in London that will work for this purpose – today?
Alternatively, if you have a similar bike that I could pay you to borrow for tomorrow, please please let me know
I was aiming for 3:50 T100 time and prepared a lot, I really hope for help!

Fibreglass or carbon tape may be your only option given the time and mucking around needed to set this back up.
