It’s probably not bent just rotated on the bar. Pull that rubber cowl down, there is a clamp bolt underneath, loosen that bolt rotate shifter to it’s previous position and tighten that bolt again.

The hoods are adjustable. So fixable. You can likely remove bar tape – losen screw – rotate it – and put new bartape on. Not sure if you can get the same tape.

Pull the rubber housing on the shifter back and there’s a bollt attaching it to the bars. You can adjust it with that 👍🏼

You also twisted your stem. Straighten that, also.
