    Unknown bar end shifters

    Nitto bar and stem

    Dia-Compe brake levers and calipers

Unknown front derailleur, absent rear derailleur. Guessing they’re Suntour

    Sugino crankset

    MKS Sylvan pedals

I originally was going to pass on it, but took a closer look.

Going to pull the cranks and bottom bracket and move over the parts from my flat bar Raleigh Eclipse single speed build.

Dude has got a lot of nerve to do something like that to you. Sorry for your wallets loss

Those old Sugino cranksets are aces.

Despite rusted components the frame looks very salvageable too. What a horrible neighbor.

That’s a ton of chrome on there. Probably a very high end frameset from the era given the extra expensive rear dropouts. Is there a symbol cast into the bottom bracket shell?

I think the crank is a stronglight? Could be wrong. Shifters and mech are probably both Suntour. Curious to know if it is BSA everywhere, or you get to deep dive into the odd sizes of the 60‘s/70’s.

Given the straps across the top tube, that’s going to be early 70’s. That front strap is a huge rust vector if you decide to replace them.

If you want to bling it out, get the cable guides brazed onto the top and down tube, chain stay, by someone good. It’s tricky getting the heat right.
