Looking to get an ID on this bike. My dad got this bike back in the early 80’s and thinks it’s a mongoose. Thinks it may even be a prototype? lol no idea. It just has a cheap set of wheels and seat on it. But needs some TLC. It’s been sitting for almost 10 years since I rode it as a teen.

And here I was thinking I run a slack chain
That seatpost is crazy! And the chain is several links to long. Rear wheel is already as far back as it can go in the dropouts.
