I bought this used bicycle and me being new to bicycles have no idea which pump to use for this valve. When I loosen the rotating part of it, all the air leaks if this information is of any help.

Dunlop valve but someone installed the valve part upside down. Remove the threaded ring, turn the valve part the other way and reinstall the ring.

When inflating, do you need to unscrew the bit?
The good news is you may replace the tubes with ones with standard Schrader valves if you wish. I’ve worked with many bikes with Woods/Dunlop ones and find them to be inferior.
