I think cleaning out this cut on my almost-new Specialized Roubaix Pro 2Bliss Ready is showing me that it went through a few layers of the casing.
Ultimately it was effective at keeping whatever it was (glass?) from fully penetrating and flatting the TPU tube within… but this tire is probably too compromised to keep using or attempt some sort of repair.
Thoughts?

Put a patch on the inside and air it up and if there’s no bulge I’d continue riding it.
I use these tyres and really like them.
I had one cut similar although smaller and more to the side. I continued to use no problem.
If this cut isn’t all the way through I would continue to use. If it were mine I’d probably put a dab of superglue in there too.
looks ok. air it up to max psi of tire and leave for a couple of hours. as the other user said, if it doesnt bulge, send it.
I’d patch it.
