After helping another rider with a flat I don’t notice my chain had come off the main front gear. Hopped in my bike and the downstroke with my right foot slammed my right calf into the large front gear leaving a line of deep punctures. It’s been over a week and added antibiotics thanks to a good doctor a couple days ago. This injury is pretty major.. might take a few weeks to heal.
