Chain looks like it needs replacing, and seller says it “cranks” from sitting indoors but hasn’t been used much since buying new in 2018. I’m looking for my first road bike good for commuting and that can get me to 15-18 mph easily on flat roads. Is this worth it? Want to spend less since I’m a broke student haha.

Have you checked the sizing? This is on the smaller side.
