Absofuckinglutely not a GT Fueler.
[This](https://bmxmuseum.com/bikes/gt_bicycles/77225/) is what a 95-96 GT Fueler looked like (not my bike, but I’m rebuilding one), which is the first year they made it, and the only year they used those particular decals in this pic. The Fueler frame simply never had this shape or design.
Looks like a Royce Union. I’ll update with a link when I find the one I’m thinking of.
